CMS is a unique and comprehensive College
Management Software / School Administration
Software with an online web site of the
College & School and an intranet (campus)
version in the College & School. It is an interactive
platform for all entities viz. Students,
Teachers, Management, Parents,
Alumni, Guests, and Experts of an educational
institution and it connects all the
fee counter, library, hostel, stores, academics, activity centre and so on. It is a wellplanned
platform that offers endless features to all users to organize, interact, express,
create, search, seek, store, cultivate and communicate. It is the only application
that gives two way synchronization of data with online and offline versions.

Controls all the activities of the college, includes all the master settings
from Trust to Alumni, and manages the campus. |

Creating new course and allotting subject to each course for every
semester. |
| Students |
Maintains attendance (daily/hour) list, achievements, assignment list |
| Fees |
This Module Includes fee structure for every course, and collecting the
fees from students |
| Examination |
Maintains student marks (internal/external) exam, and preparing time
table for the exam and hall ticket issues |
| Facilities |
Facilities include hostel, transport and lab facilities available for the
students. |
| HR |
Includes candidate’s recruitment, manage the employees like payroll,
and maintains employee attendance. |

Current events in college, and scheduling the events |
| Alumni |
Maintains details about the alumni, participated in a variety of activities
to support students and the college |
| Stores |
Maintains inventory control of the stores and purchasing from Suppliers,
indent and issue with departments. |
| Accounts |
Maintaining Financial accounts, from daybooks to Final accounts i.e.,
Trial balance, trading and P&L and Balance Sheet |
